He is survived by: his mother Wanda Eastlick; his sisters, Brenda Eastlick and Kristy Kronfuss; his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Brett and Meghan; his great-nieces, Laila and Kinsley; his great-nephew Kade; and his uncle Butch Kurtz.
