He is survived by: his adoptive mother Barbara Lyons (Alfaro); his father Harry Lyons; his children, Ashley Alfaro, Brianna Alfaro and Austin Alfaro (AJ); his brother Gene (Elaine); his granddaughters, Giavanna and Peyton; his mother Barbara Lyons; his niece Danielle; and his nephew Zach.
