He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Stanley E. Perea; his siblings-in-law, Paul Kenneth and Mary Lou Robbins; and his niece Josie Winter Perea. He is survived by: his mother Glenda Ruth Perea (Daniel Floro); his wife Angela Marie (Robbins); his daughters, Disney Ann-Marie Perea, Marissa Eliria Perea (Austin Packer) and Kallie Louise O'Leary (Kenny O'Leary); his granddaughters, Mavis Lynn, Salem Ann, Luci Moon and Foebe Louanne; and his siblings, Amy Perea and Jerome Perea (Jessica Perea). He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles, and nieces and nephews.
To honor David's memory and in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Jewish Family Service of Colorado, Inc., an organization that exemplifies David's values or to Levi's Legacy at thelevilegacy.org, a non-profit organization with a mission to serve the families affected by congenital heart defects along with the medical professionals who fight alongside them.
