She was predeceased by: her brothers, Karl (Betty), Richard, Eugene (Mary), Calvin (Dotty) and David; her son Danny; and her granddaughter Allyson Blackwell.

She is survived by: her spouse Nelson; her children, Grant (Cheryl) of Westminster, Lee (Sharon) of Divide, Nancy Brewer (Zane) of Guymon and Sally McIntyre (Tom) of Ft; her grandchildren, Katie Dodson (Kevin), Matthew Burton (Krystal), Mike Burton (Erin), Stephen Judah (Sarah), Rachel Sokol (Jake), Zachary Brewer, Travis Brewer, Nicholas Brewer, Sarah McIntyre, Nathan McIntyre and Ryan McIntyre; and her friend Irma Wheelwright.

Charlotta Marie Frye Burton passed away peacefully on Friday May 11, 2018 in Colorado Springs after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
