He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Fote and Rita Fote (Sposito); his wife Kaye Lynn; his children, Charlie Fote Jr. (Kristine), Justin Fote (Leah) and Kristi Adams (Sean); his siblings, Donald Fote, Michael Fote (Sharon) and Diane Payne; his daughter Kathleen Haraburda; and his brother Joseph John Fote Jr. (Lorraine). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to causes close to Charlie's heart: Jeremiah's Hope Denver (cmmcjh.org) or Urban Youth Ministries (uyministries.org), continuing his legacy of giving and support for the community he so dearly loved.
