He is survived by: his wife Ellen Fela of Elizabeth, CO; his children, Diane Kinney (Thomas) of Woodland Park, CO and Randall Fela (Roberta) of Pahrump, NV; his brother Richard Fela of Akron, OH; and his granddaughter Alia Hillman of Mulvane, KS. He is also survived by 4 great grand children.
