He is survived by: his children, Allison Zulkoski (Luke), Seth (Alyssa), Jessie, Zach and Haley Burgess; his grandchildren, Tylor, Bradley, Adriana, Ellie, Sara, Gus and Khloe; and his sisters, Paula Irish (Rick) and Deb Kellogg (Tim).
