He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine; his father Richard Myslive Sr.; his uncle David Myslive; and his brother-in-law Jerry. He is survived by: his mother Beulah; and his siblings, Giner Woodruff, Rick Jr. Myslive (Cheryl) and Randy. He is also survived by numerous nieces; nephews; great nieces and nephews; many family members.
