She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy Riggs; her former husband Vernon Eugene Miller; and her siblings, Calvin Whitmore, Kenneth Whitmore and Shirely Hyde.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Miller Lambdin (Wolfgang), Christine Miller Keil (Mike) and Tommy Riggs Jr (Beth); and her siblings, Bev Schott, Carol Whitmore, Dixie Rutherford, Sharon McKay (Bill), Trish Young and Linda Owens (Will). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
