He is survived by: his former wife Diana Louise Sage; his stepchildren, Gregory Lee, Pamela Sue and Darla Lee; his children, Greg Ashmore (Linda) of Hugo, CO, Pam Bennett (Gene) of Deerfield, KS, Darla Butler (Donald) of Towner, CO and Bobbie Jones of Arvada, CO.; and his grandchildren, Kurt Ashmore (Juliet) of Calhan, CO, Shawn Ashmore of Hugo, CO, Sandi Miller (Larry Bradley) of Lusk, WY, Lorie York (Gilbert) of Deerfield, KS, Leroy Brown of Deerfield, KS, Matthew Brown of Manzanola, CO, Rebecca Trujillo (Ricardo) of Brighton, CO, Renee Wilson (Rodney) of Towner, CO, Keith Reiger (Jessica) of Pueblo, CO, Richelle Edwards (Bryan) of Westminster, CO, Candis Butler and Shannon Butler (Shelly) of Brewster, KS.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Brown Funeral Homes (1109 Hickman St, Eads, CO 81036).
