She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Somerhalder and Dorothy Somerhalder of Guide Rock, Neb; her brother Roger Somerhalder of Lakewood; and her granddaughter Krysta Elam of Rawlins, Wyoming.. She is survived by: her husband Robert Woods of Eads, Colorado; her daughters, Sheri Lyon (Jim) of Wamsutter, WY, Leanna Collins (Charles) and Marci Miller (Frank) of Eads, Colorado.; her grandchildren, Wendi Phipps (Robb), Matthew Lyon, Brian Miller (Amy), Mark Lyon (Nichole) and Rob Miller; and her sister Shirley Gilbert of Scottsdale. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation can be made in Renee's name to Weisbrod Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
