She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jacobs and Elsie Jacobs; her siblings, Leonard Lee, LeRoy, Edgar, George, Frank, Louise Siefkas, Sara Bottorff and Ruthanna Jacobs; and her daughter Nancy Derby (Gene Krueger).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amy Weirich (Mark) of Eads, Kourtney Richards of Eads, Kendra McKibben (Jon) of Eads, Bryton Derby (Erin) of Rifle, Mariya Krueger of Redmond, Justin Krueger of Grand Junction and Fred Derby. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
