He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Fanning and Velda Fanning (Lipsey); and his sister Diane Najera. He is survived by: his wife Jana; his children, Jayme Ryan (Shane) and William T. Fanning III (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Marc Evans and Ashley Evans; and his aunt Marge Magner.

Due to COVID, no reception will occur at this time; we will have a Celebration of Life this summer in Longmont and Grand Junction.
