Virginia Romero Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Romero of Durango, Colorado, who passed away on March 1, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Candelaria and Rose Candelaria; and her sister Liva Arellano. She is survived by: her husband Rufe Romero Jr.; her children, Robert, Michael, Frank Romero, Jennifer Maynes and Loretta Engman; and her siblings, Mickey, Donald Candelaria, Carrie Wiggins and Nora Peña. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren and her 13 great grandchildren.
