We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2022, at the age of 89, Prescott Blake of Durango, Colorado, born in Monticello, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his former wife Darla J. Johns; his wife Jayne Hazelton Blake; his children, Brad Blake (Janelle) and Lori Bond (Spike); his siblings, Stanley, Martin Blake, Ginny Schafer and Kathy Edwards; and his grandchildren, Billy Bond (Callie), Ryan Martinez, Amanda Bond, Stewart Blake (Nicole), Koleman Blake (Cami) and Jared Blake (Tianna). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews and other children.
