He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kamminga and Rose Kamminga (Boersma); and his brothers, Ron and Harv. He is survived by: his wife Karen (Toppen); his children, Patrick (Jaime), Kevin (Shelly), Ondrea Whited (Kiley) and Daniel (Deb); and his siblings, Al Kamminga and Marilyn Rucker. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 step grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 12 step great-grandchildren.
