He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his parents, Alois Soper and Alice Soper; and his brothers, Leon and Donald.
He is survived by: his children, Terri Rivers (Jim) of Elko, Nevada and Brad Donelow of Rutledge, Tennessee; his sister Marjorie Hybsha of Wakita, Oklahoma; his siblings-in-law, Trudy Fuller of Yellow Jacket, Colorado, Floyd Johnson and Bryce Capron of Dove Creek, Colorado; his grandchildren, Brandon Donelow, Trinity Donelow (Leslie), Erica Jerman (Jason), Dexter Rockwell, Billy Ray Howell (Jaqueline) and Shilo Messier (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Taegan, Brantley, Tristen, Jase and Aksel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and very close friends.
