He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Puckett and Bernice Puckett (Caudle); and his son Jason Michael. He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Mizerak (Ron) and Stephanie Ervin (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Echo of Eero, NB and Eamon Michael; his siblings, Marsha Beaver (Jim) and Joe Puckett (Susie); his nieces, Lacy Garcia (Juan) and Jodi Hunt (Tyler); and his great-nephew Rango Garcia. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
