He is survived by: his parents, Larry Floyd Cuthair and Evelyn Gay Shelton; his wife Kara; his daughter Ivy; his grandson Tuku; his siblings, Julie, Floyd, Sidona, Abby, Frankie, Joy and KJ; and his pets, Yoda, Beethoven, Harley Quinn, Thor, Britney and Yes.
