He was predeceased by: his parents, Johann Andreas Kugler and Sabina Grace Kugler; his siblings, Marie of Andrew, JT and Marvin; his former wife Edna Kugler; and his children, Bill, Pat and Jay.
He is survived by: his wife Shirl Kugler; his stepdaughter Melissa Sanders (Cory); and his son Tim Pickering (Mihaela). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
