He was predeceased by: his wife Pat. He is survived by: his children, Karen Sandvick of Santa Rosa, CA, Kathy Haynes of Glendale, AZ and Terry Brown of Durango, CO.. He is also survived by His extended family includes 3 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
