She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Benton and Helen Benton (Bailey); and her sister Diane Clevenger. She is survived by: her spouse Creighton Hatten; her children, Pamela Hatten of Durango, Colorado and Brad Hatten of Durango, Colorado; and also, Jackie Burger of Venice, David Benton of Venice, Gale Hamm of Gainesville and Becky Benton of Alachua, Florida.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
