He is survived by: his wife Mary Hensley of Dove Creek, CO; his daughter Donetta Hegwood of Dolores, CO; his granddaughter Alisa Belt (Kelly) of Cortez, CO; his great grandchildren, Brock Belt, Jacob Belt and Grace Belt; and his siblings, Dora White of Los Luz, NM, Mack Hensley of St. Mary's, ID and Dennis Hensley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
