She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ivan and Rose Marie Kvaternick (Obster); her sister Kathryn Kistner; her husband George Orvis Dame Sr.; her son George Dame Jr.; and her son-in-law Tommy Randolph.
She is survived by: her daughter Rolaynne Randolph of Dove Creek.
