He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sons, Michael Chadwick and Wayne Chadwick; his daughters-in-law, Pearlie Chadwick and Barbara Chadwick; and his grandchildren, Brandee Chadwick Simmons (Jerrod), Amber Chadwick Essary (Terry), Shane Chadwick (Heather), Clint Chadwick (Meagan) and Craig Chadwick. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
