He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Rule of Dolores, CO; his children, Dene Rule (Connie) of Ohio, Keith Rule (Kimberly) of Meeker, CO, Raelene McCabe (Mark) of Spring Creek, NV and Connie Clark of Kemp, TX; and his siblings, Larrie Rule (Pat) of Mesa, AZ and Wynona Higgins of DeQueen, AR.
