He is survived by: his wife Dolores Ann Caldwell (Klomp); his sons, Wayne David, Michael Dean and Matthew Dale; and his brother Robert Caldwell. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
