She was predeceased by: her husband Leland "Jack" Carter. She is survived by: her children, Leland and Debbie; her grandchildren, David, Carol, Steven and Christine; her great grandchildren, Ember and Rowan; her sisters, Vesta and Violet; and her sisters-in-law, Judy and Barbara. She is also survived by friends, was not looking for a husband when her best friends.
