He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne; his sons, Kenny Jr. and Scott; his daughter-in-law Robyn; and his parents-in-law, Peggy, Sonny Kerns, Jean, Dennis Barkemeyer, Andy, Imogen Mayeux, Gwen, Joey Lacoste, Lisa, Chuck Pisano, Ricky Sabathe, Connie and Bob Arndt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
