She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Nipper of Divide, CO; her children, Angie Peters (Steve) and Chad Nipper; her grandchildren, Devin Sierra-Rios (Liliana), Darrin Sierra, April Nipper, Austin Nipper, Dylan Nipper and Amber Nipper; and her great grandchildren, Alayah and Mason Nipper.
