He is survived by: his significant other Glenna Emmerick; his stepdaughter Cindy Armstrong of Florida; his daughter Lori Richardson (Bill) of Denver; and his sisters, Phylis Casper of Omaha Nebraska and Pamela Casper of Lincoln, Nebraska.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
