He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Ramsey and Marion Ramsey (Seal); and his brother Thomas Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Jill Seal; his sister Laurel; his brother-in-law Lee Greis; his daughter Andrea T. Mayer (Seal) of Shelbina, MO.; his grandson Matthew M. Mayer; his great grandchild Finnley R. Mayer of Macomb, IL.; his granddaughter Shelby L. Gandara (Chris Gandara) of Good Hope, IL.; and his friends, Les and Barbara. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, July 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and on Friday, August 2nd 2024 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
