She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover D. Johnson and Lena "Red" Battle; her husband William Craven; her daughter Yolanda Proctor (William Craven); and her granddaughter Kylia Bruce.
She is survived by: her son George Black (Shirley); her grandchildren, Mekeila, Elijah and Gabriella; her great grandchild K'Omari; and her siblings, Willie Johnson, Gregory Johnson, Donnie Johnson, Diane Coleman (Frederick) and Ricky Johnson. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fairmount Cemetery (430 S Quebec St, Denver, CO 80247). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fairmount (430 S Quebec St, Denver, CO 80247). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Fairmount Cemetery (430 S Quebec St, Denver, CO 80247).
