He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Heitz and Jeffrey Heitz (Cindy Heitz); his sisters, Faith and MacKenzie; his grandparents, Bruce and Mary Lou Heitz; and his aunts and uncles, Dr. Chris, Debbie Heitz Jones, Steve, Julie Heitz Beda and Kirk Heitz.
