She is survived by: her husband Donald Forsyth, Jr.; her daughters, Shawna Winters (Troy) and Tanya Forsyth; her siblings-in-law, Terry Genardi (Timothy), Sharon Morrison (Doug) and Gary Forsyth (Christina); and her grandchildren, Trey Winters (Traylie), Sean Winters (Candice), Randi and Allison Winters.
