He was predeceased by: his sister May Levinsky; and his grandparents, Frank Caldwell, Jack and Gertrude Levinsky. He is survived by: his wife Annie Levinsky (Robb); his sons, Jack and Abe; his sister Addie Levinsky; his parents, Steven Levinsky (Linda) and Linda Levinsky; and his grandmother Lola Caldwell. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
