As MaryAnn departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved MaryAnn. Though MaryAnn may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Lavigna; her brothers, John-"Moe" and William; and her parents, John Shay and Mary Pytlak-Hoffman.
She is survived by: her sons, Geno (Pamela) and Anthony (Tara); her granddaughter Gianna; and also Darlene Santia (Steve).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Denver Mortuary Chapel (12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ft. Logan National Cemetery (4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236). A reception was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Geno and Pamela's Home (2925 S Zurich Ct, Denver, CO 80236).
