She is survived by: her children, William Cook of Spring, TX, Carol (James), Lemon of McCook, NE, Steven Cook (Janine) of Tampa, FL and Kenneth Cook (Tracy) of Longmont, CO; her grandchildren, Justin, Jennifer, Katie, Erin, Samantha, Karly and Zachary; her sister Anita Rolenc; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Cook and Robert Voboril.
