She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Mendoza and Helen Martinez; her siblings, Everett Mendoza, Milito Mendoza, Bonny Mendoza (Flora), Pete Mendoza, Helen Schroeder, Gavino Mendoza, Balvina Mendoza, Thomas Mendoza (Patricia) and Gracie Mendoza; and her husband William Manzanares.

She is survived by: her children, Danny Padilla, Diane Santistevan, Jacqueline Chavez, William Manzanares Jr. (Romey) and Mark Manzanares (Lorraine); her sisters, Susan Marquez, Adriana Elenbaas (Harry), Josephine Romero (Nick), Christine Brookerson and Juanita West; and her granddaughter Selene Ortega. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews.

Viewing was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (4377 Utica St, Denver, CO 80212).
