He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fabian, Nola Rentmeester and Lorena Moore. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Moore (Rentmeester); his daughter Madelyn; his father Dr. Ronald Moore (Denise); his siblings, Ryan Moore (Danielle) and Lindsey Petrie (Jarod); his grandfather Wesley Moore; his nephews, Aiden and Jackson Petrie; his stepsisters, Kelly Mirabelli (Ralph), Tory Lemire (Andrew) and Lindsey Adams (David); and his former wife Dr. Lorette Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service (35 College St, Clinton, NY 13323). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church.
