He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Worthington, Jr. and Dorothy Worthington. He is survived by: his son Adam J. Worthington of Seattle, WA; his brothers, James (Worthington) and Mark Worthington of Boston, MA; his mother-in-law Judith Lonergan of Concord, NH; his sister-in-law Ellen Farrey Barnes of Raleigh, NC; and his daughter Adelaide Barnes. He is also survived by his siblings' children and grandchildren.
