She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hummel and Johanna Hummel; her sister Angie Ebert; and her nephew Paul Kubiak. She is survived by: her husband Thomas M. Kubiak; her sons, Peter Kubiak (Debra) and Tim Kubiak (Kim); her grandsons, Gavin Kubiak and Clark Kubiak; and her nephews, Michael Mundschau of Longmont and Clifford Margis of Milwaukee, Wisconsin..
