He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diane Mandel; his children, Sherri Avers (Mark) and Harry Mandel; his siblings, Bernie Mandel and Ruth Silverstein; and his grandchildren, Amanda Avers (Andrew Walker), Brandon Avers (Marissa) and Graham Avers.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Emanuel Cemetery.
