We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2023, at the age of 42, Jacob R. Kramer of Denver, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, John Kramer and Valerie Vicari (Mason); his children, Elena Kramer and Declan Kramer; and his siblings, Hunter Rone, Adrien DeMartini, Athens DeMartini and Tessa Leech.
