He is survived by: his parents, John Kramer and Valerie Vicari (Mason); his children, Elena Kramer and Declan Kramer; and his siblings, Hunter Rone, Adrien DeMartini, Athens DeMartini and Tessa Leech.

Memorials may be made to Jennifer Law, in care Jacob's children, Elena and Declan, and will be accepted at the funeral home.
