He is survived by: his children, Arnell Franklin, Takeo Franklin and Deja Sconiers; and his sisters, Margie Finley (Charles), Sharon Patterson, Paula Givens and Karla Hodges. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews and friends.
