She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Earl and Ruth Prater (Smith); and her siblings, Robert, Michael, Nora Lou, Evelyn Juanita (Retired Master Sergeant) and Coughlin Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Edward F. Coughlin Jr.; her daughters, Denise (Steven) and Karla; and her sister Laura Bo. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, several in-laws, and many nieces and nephews.
