She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brumley and Estelle Brumley; and her husband Frederick Pomplin, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Susan McIntire (Lee); her grandchildren, Lauren, Alex and Benjamin; and her great grandchild Sture. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Munster, Indiana; Wounded Warriors or to the Denver Animal Shelter from where Eleanor's precious cat, Ella, was adopted 3 years ago.
