He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen M. Duff-Worley and Francis Duff-Worley (Fannie); his wife Karen Carr (Winkler); and his daughter Samantha. He is survived by: his son John (Deb) of Crystal Lake, IL; his grandson Ole; his daughter Kathy of Alliance; his brother Max of Corsicana, TX; and his grandchildren, Aaron Reyes (AJ), Nick Anderson, Paul Anderson (Ole), Britt Andermann, Britanee Worley-Foster and Allie Morris.
