He was predeceased by: his father John Hartley Westbrook; and his grandparents, Hartley, Jane Westbrook, Samuel and Florence Berman.

He is survived by: his wife Christina; his children, Bailee, John and Kavari; his mother Marla England; his parents-in-law, Lenny Jecminek and Charlotte Jecminek; his sisters, Jamie (Justin) and Carey (Seth); his sister-in-law Crystal (Josh); his stepsister Julie (Derek); his nieces and nephews, Reece (Meghan), Reid, Camden, Rhett, Nolan, Ryder, Wyatt, Noah, Sage and Alayla; his great-nieces, Berkley, Wrenley and Kinsley; his aunts, Deb and Judy (Rick); and his uncle Dick. He is also survived by many other cousins, family, and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Little Ivy Chapel (430 S Quebec St, Denver, CO 80247). A reception will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Murphy Creek Tavern (1700 S Old Tom Morris Rd, Aurora, CO 80018).

“Dan was an incredible person. He was kind, supportive, loyal, and always there when you needed him. He was more than just family to my kids. He encouraged my son every day both at work and in his passions, and he always had my daughter’s back, if you know you know. Fourth of July was always something special with Dan, what fun times we had. We love you Dan and you will be incredibly missed.”
