He is survived by: his parents, Knox Kershaw and Jeila Kershaw; his sisters, Courtney Kershaw Taylor and Jeila Martin Kershaw; his niece Miriam Elizabeth Taylor; his brother-in-law Watson Robbins Taylor III; his grandparents, Sue Ellen Carroll, Teymur and Manijeh Ghahremani; and his uncle Edward Carroll III.
